Payment by Money Order/Check:

• Money Orders and checks must be in American US Currency or will not be accepted as payment. The money order or check that is not acceptable will be destroyed not returned to the buyer and you will be notified by email.
• Be sure to include  a copy of your order with your shipping and contact information so that we can get in touch with you for shipping confirmation or questions regarding your order.
• Please make check or money order payable to Stinger Paintball Designs, Inc.
• Payment can be mailed to 1320 Blairsville Hwy PMB #118 Murphy, North Carolina 28906
• Upon receipt of your payment by money order your order will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 days.
• For payments by check your order will be processed and shipped upon confirmation that your check has cleared the bank.

By law we are required to collect sales tax for all items shipped within North Carolina only. No other states are charged sales tax.

Receipts or copies of your order can be obtained through your PayPal account.  For phone orders or other methods of payment, a receipt is included with your product at the time of shipping.

Order Status
We understand how anxious our customers are to receive their packages as quickly as possible and we pride ourselves on our great service and fast shipping. ALL custom products are made to order based on customer's needs and desires. New or altered artwork may take longer to create to meet your requests.

Upon receipt of your payment, the average time to make and ship your custom made to order product is within a 2 to 3 business day time period. This may change due to high rate of volume. The custom designed straps are sent off site to be made so please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation either from PayPal if you purchased thru the website or by email for all other payment methods.  Please  be sure to check your spam filter as these e-mails tend to get caught in these filters.

USPS Priority Mail and First Class shipping confirmations cannot be tracked until the package has been delivered to its destination.

Please note, that tracking/confirmation numbers are not good until the package has been scanned into their computers and the information post to their website. So it may take up to 24 hours after you receive your confirmation number for it to give real time information about your package.

Orders shipped via USPS can take up to 12 days in the US and 2-4 weeks when shipping out of the country due to delays in customs. If you have not received your package in these time frames we will do all that we can to assist you in tracking down your package. If we are unable to locate the package we will work with you on getting replacements on your purchase. For orders outside the US we may ask that you purchase upgraded shipping.

All custom product orders are final unless there is an issue that is the fault of SPD. Please see Returns Policy.

If after placing an order with Stinger Paintball Designs, you decide that you do not want the order, you must contact us within the same day as order placed to receive full refund. 

Cancellations or changes to your order after this time frame are reviewed on case by case basis.

Returns
All our custom products including SPD Hand Gun & Paintball Marker Grips, SPD Paintball Mask Soft Ears and SPD Paintball Mask Goggle Straps are made to order in the USA, not purchased off the shelf of a warehouse. We do our best to provide detailed information about each product on our site to assist you prior to making any purchase decisions, including photos and customer reviews. 

When requesting assistance on custom work we attempt to explain the design process along the way as clearly as possible, including why we cannot use certain images, criteria, etc. and in some cases encourage our customer to seek out a professional graphic designer if we are unable to create what he/she is looking for. Should you choose to proceed with a design after going thru this process and then decide you are not happy with the finished product there are no refunds due to the time, energy and material cost that went into assisting you with a custom product.

Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with your product that is the fault of SPD we will work with you until you are satisfied with your purchase.

Each set of grips come with care and installation instructions. Should you have an issue you may contact Stinger Paintball Designs to discuss our procedure for evaluation.

• If an item is damaged or otherwise defective rather than the result of improper care, we will attempt to replace or give you a full refund.
• Should you encounter a fitting issue after purchase we will work with you on trying to resolve and if not issue you a refund.
• Refunds are not accepted just because you decide you do not like the design - See Pictures!
• If you make a mistake on your order we will work with you to get the right set for your gun. There may be a $15 remake fee, determined at our discretion, to cover our material and reshipping costs. To qualify, you must return the grips and screws if included in its original packaging within 5 days of receipt and make arrangements for payment. 
• Product must be returned with original receipt and detailed description of complaint.
• Return Shipping  costs must be paid by the customer. We will not accept merchandise sent postage due.
• Shipping costs are not refunded under any circumstances.
• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
• NO EXCHANGES! Again, this is a custom made product.

Disclaimer
Stinger Paintball Designs expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss or injury arising from your purchase sold by our store. Please note that paintball equipment may be prohibited or restricted in your area. As the buyer, you should follow all local laws and ordinances in your state regarding paintball equipment, including age limitations on purchases.

We will not accept returns on the basis of the restrictions imposed in your area. International customers are responsible for paying tariffs, duties, custom charges and/or fees imposed by their country for allowing the purchased products to enter. International customers are also responsible for laws governing the purchase, possession and/or use of paintball equipment in their country. Stinger Paintball Designs will not refund or accept a return from an international customer due to the restrictions placed upon such equipment by their country.
